Ingredients
4White bread slices
3Eggsboiled
3tbspMayo
2tspDijon mustard paste
½tspGarlicminced
1tspChivesminced
½tspLemon juice
1big pinchSugar
¼tspRed Chilli powder
¼tspBlack pepper powderfreshly ground
Salt to taste
Instructions
Chop the eggs into small pieces.
In a shallow bowl add all the ingredients, except bread and with a help of a spoon give a good mix.
Cut the bread sides, arrange bread slices on a work surface and divide the egg salad on them, spread it to the edges and top with the remaining bread, cut each sandwich in half.
