10Urid Dal Badis
1big clovesGarlicfinely chopped
2-3Green chillifinely chopped
2tbspOnion finely chopped onion
4-5tbspMustard Oilfor deep fry Badis
2tspMustard Oilfor dressing

Instructions
In a Tadka pan or small wok heat up oil, Once the oil is hot reduce the heat and add all Badis. Fry till golden brown and remove from oil, allow to cool.
Put the fried Badis in a motor pastel to grind them, for this grinding process you can use a food processor or Indian mixer grinder if you don’t have a motor-pastel.
Transfer it in a bowl. Add chopped onion, garlic, green chilli, salt and raw mustard oil.
