Durga Pujo feast has two parts!
One is Bhog, which mean the food we offered to God and then distribute amongst common people! Bhog could be a simple five-course meal that is often served in Sarbojonin Pujo or a community event! And could be an expansive menu for Barir Pujo( family event for worship) by following the family tradition. In this “Bengali Pujor Bhog” recipe collection I have added the recipes that are often served for the Sarbojonin Pujor Bhog.
