Fried Pomfret with Sautéed Vegetables

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs of fresh Pomfret
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. corn kernel
  • ¼ cup sliced red and green capcicum
  • 1 -2 chopped green chilies( according to taste)
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 3 -4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • salt to taste

Process:

  1. Preheat Oil in a  large non stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add oil, ginger & garlic paste, white wine vinegar, about 1 tsp of oil, black pepper and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add fish pieces and vegetables mix them well, set aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Add marinated Pomfret in hot oil, fry for about   2-3 minutes each side,remove from oil.
  5. Add vegetables into the remaining oil,  sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.Serve hot  with Lemon and Potato wedges.
