Rajma Paratha

Rajma Paratha or Kidney beans Paratha ( Indian flatbread)makes an excellent choice for Paratha lovers. Made with Rajma( kidney beans), grated vegetables, and shallow fried with Ghee/ Butter or white oil.

If your kid is a fussy eater and doesn't want to eat vegetables like mine, then this Paratha recipe is a treasure for your  Kid's lunch box or Breakfast.  In fact, this is a great option for grown up people too!My daughter is a Paratha lover and she could happily eat Parathas for breakfast, lunch, dinner. So you will see many paratha recipes here.  Now before we get into the recipe, here is one tip. If your mornings are very busy and you want to prepare the paratha night before, you can roll out the Parathas and half cooked the parathas, next morning all you need to do just shallow fry the paratha and serve or pack for lunch box. ( see the video until the end to get a clear understanding)
