Bread Pulao

Prep time:  10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes  
Serves :  2-3

Ingredients :

  • 6 bread slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup spring onions
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilies
  • ⅓  tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato catch up
  • Indian mixture, peanuts & Bhujia according to taste
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. In a cooking vessel, heat oil.
  2. Add onion and cook  for few minutes to soften it.
  3. Add chopped ginger, give a stir.
  4. Add mixed vegetables, salt and fry over medium to medium high heat.( veggies should be cooked, but not mushy)
  5. when veggies are  cooked, add tomato ketchup.( according to your choice), Black pepper & green chilli.
  6. Add Bread and mix well, then add coriander leaves, roasted peanuts and some Indian mixture.
