Date Apple Smoothie

Serves: 2
Prep time: Less than 5 minutes

 Ingredients:

  •  1 small red delicious Apple( any sweet Apple)
  • 12-14 pitted Dates (seedless)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅛ cup quick Oats
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder

 

Process:

  1. Add everything altogether into the blender and blend to get a smooth and creamy texture.
  2. Pour into a glass, add some ice cube.

Serve chill.
